Inequality, perhaps the main driver of turbulence in Europe and the world today, will feature as a special theme at the 2020 conference: How do we teach about inequality and its connection to such topics as globalization, democracy, sustainability and the social market economy? Please don't hesitate to contact us with ideas regarding this theme (or any proposal to improve the work of the AEEE).

Other themes for 2020 will be carried over from recent conferences: entrepreneurship and business education, financial literacy and innovative teaching tools and methods. Exact dates and further information about the conference, a Call for Contributions and the registration form will be posted on the AEEE website,, in Spring, 2019.

Finally, thank you to everyone who contributed to the many interesting discussions at the Copenhagen conference! Presentation files are still available on our website.
